Companies House announced on 30 October 2025 that from 1 February 2026 the digital confirmation statement fee would rise to £50, digital incorporation to £100, and the voluntary strike-off fee would change to £13. Fee income also funds the Insolvency Service's company investigations and Companies House's new enforcement work.

Companies House announced on 30 October 2025 its annual fee changes, taking effect on 1 February 2026.

  • Voluntary strike-off application: £13 online (was £33), £18 on paper (was £44).
  • The changes are made by the Registrar of Companies (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 (SI 2025/1137), made on 28 October 2025.
